摘　　要：在梳理众多有关创业导向与组织绩效之间关系的文献后指出:众多实证研究的结论存在巨大差异。据此,在检索创业导向与组织绩效之间关系研究文献的基础上,应用Meta分析对两者关系进行了定量综合研究。研究显示,这两个变量之间的相关系数为0.279,同时发现环境动态性等变量对两者之间的关系具有调节作用。Based on many literatures between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance, this paper points out there is a big difference among the conclusions of many empirical studies. Based on these literatures, with the use of comprehensive quantitative analysis on the Meta, the paper shows that the correlation coefficients between two variables are 0. 279. Meanwhile, the paper address that the dynamic nature of the environment and other variables moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance.
