强化高师专科毕业生心理素质的有效对策

摘　　要：高师专科毕业生,作为一个特定的群体,他们自我意识强,但自信心不足;竞争意识较强,但缺少合作意识、团队精神以及人际交往的策略;寻求独立,但思维不够开阔,遇事想当然,不爱思考;面对就业,表现出较多的茫然、困惑,感到前途渺茫。针对高师专科毕业生的心理特点设计的团体心理辅导活动,可以有效地使他们在人际关系的处理、自尊与自信、团队意识、合作意识、创新思维等方面得到发展,而且能够在辅导活动中充分体会到快乐和感动。As a particular group,the teachers＇ college graduates have self-conscious and strong sense of competition.But they still have some shortcomings,not only lack of self-confidence and sense of cooperation,but also lack of team spirit and interpersonal strategies.One hand,they are seeking independence,another hand,they lack the open mind.Something happens,they prefer to take it for granted.On the face of employment,they showed more loss and confusion,feeling uncertain future.We can design some group counseling activities to effectively allow the students to deal with the interpersonal relationships,self-esteem and self-confidence,teamwork,cooperation,awareness,creativity and other aspects of development.At the same time allow them to fully appreciate the guidance activities fun and moving.
