我国甜味剂相关发明专利现状分析

摘　　要：采用文献计量学的方法,对我国1986—2010年甜味剂相关发明专利的数量、时间及内容进行了统计,分析了发明专利的年限分布、学科分布、授权情况及申请人分布等,从而揭示了我国对甜味剂相关专利的保护状况。The patents on inventions of sweetener in our country had been analyzed based on the articles from 1986 to 2010 The patents on inventions number, time and researches content of sweetener were statistically studied, the articles years range, subject rang, authorization situation and proposer rang were also discussed. The result reveals the protect situation of sweetener in our country
