摘　　要：教学质量是高职院校生存和发展的生命线,新建高职院校通过构建内部教学质量保障体系,提高办学水平,增强学校的竞争力,从而达到学校以质量求生存、以特色求发展的目的,保证教学质量和人才培养质量的不断提高。Teaching quality is the lifeblood of the survival and development of higher vocational colleges.By establishing the teaching quality guarantee system,the newly-built high vocational college can improve the level for running a school,enhance the college＇s competitiveness,and thereby achieve their goals on the basis of quality and characteristic development,to ensure the improvement of the teaching quality and quality of personnel training.
