高校理工科专业法律选修课教学中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高校理工科专业法律选修课对于优化高校学生的知识结构、加强素质教育、培养复合型人才具有重要的意义。法律选修课在教学目标、教学内容、教学对象等方面独具特点。教师应克服当前高校理工科专业法律选修课教学中存在的缺陷,明确教学目标,优化组合诸多教学方法,加强管理,帮助学生树立正确的学习法律的动机和目的,激发学生学习兴趣,让学生在学到法律知识的同时提高法律意识,增强其法律文化修养和法律素质。Law elective course in majors of sciences ＆ engineering in universities is of great significance to optimizing the structure of college student＇s knowledge, strengthening the quality education and cultivating inter-disciplinary talent. The course is characterized by its teaching objectives, contents and targets. We should overcome the shortcomings in current teaching, know well the teaching goals, optimize the combination of various teaching methods, strengthen management, help college students establish the proper motivation and purpose to study law, arouse their interest in learning and make students enhance their awareness of the law while learning some knowledge of law so as to improve their accomplishments of legal culture and legal quality.
