摘  要:当前我国学前教育正处在一个发展的转型期,新办幼儿师范高等专科学校,面临着改革、创新和培养高素质学前教育师资的严峻任务。新办幼儿师范高等专科学校必须更新教育思想观念、办出师范特色;重构人才培养模式,服务学前教育需求;遵循大学专科教育规律,提升教学质量;加快大专院校师资建设,完善师范类大专院校的管理体系。Currently the pre-schooling is in a transition period for development,and new kindergarten teachers colleges are faced with such serious tasks as the reform,the innovation and the cultivation of high-quality pre-schooling teachers.Kindergarten teachers colleges must update the educational ideas and build the normal colleges with characteristics;reconstruct the training model and serve the demand for pre-schooling;follow the laws of college education and improve the teaching quality;accelerate the cultivation of teachers and improve the management system in normal colleges.
