摘　　要：社区教育作为一种全新的教育模式,能够实现传统教育不能达到的目的,并肩负着培养现代化农村适用型人才的职能。当前,我国应大力发展以"社区学院"为主体的社区教育模式,积极推广以街道办为基点的"社区教育中心"模式,着力构建以农业高科技园区为基地的农村社区教育模式,建成辐射面广而深的社区教育综合立体网,以适应城乡统筹发展对各类人才的需要。Community education as a new educational model can achieve the purpose the traditional education can not achieve,and shoulder the function of training talents adapting to the modern rural areas.Presently,we should vigorously develop the community education model dominated by ＂community college＂ as the subject,and actively promote the model of ＂community education center＂ based on sub-district offices,focus on building the community education model based on high-tech agricultural zone,shaping a wide and large comprehensive three-dimensional network of community education so as to meet the needs for all kinds of talents in the development of urban and rural integration.
