摘　　要：呼叫中心技术涉及计算机电话集成、数据库技术和交换技术等多种技术,已成为向客户提供服务的重要方式。研究如何将呼叫中心技术内嵌到社区卫生信息系统中,并给出了一种基于线性加权优先级算法的排队模型。Call center technology relates to many kinds such as computer telephony integration, database and switching ,and it is an important way to provide service for customers. This paper mainly discusses bow to use the call center technology into the construction of community health information system, and gives an algorithm of queueing model based on linear weighted priority.
