摘　　要：高考招生制度关系着我国人力资源的开发、创新型社会与和谐社会的建设,我国高考招生制度也在不断地改革和完善,本文从制度变迁理论视角来观察我国高考招生制度的改革,并探索完善我国高考招生制度的路径。The system of NME（national matriculation examination） and enrolment involves the development of human resources and the construction of creative and harmonious society of China.The system is being reformed and perfected continuously.This paper surveys the reform of it in the perspective of system change theory and explores the approach to perfecting it.
