摘 要:新课标明确规定了普通高中课程的培养三维目标(知识性目标、技术性目标和情感性目标)、课程结构、课程内容和课程实施与评价,但是由于传统应试教育思想的根深蒂固、经济发展不平衡等原因,导致伊犁哈萨克自治州信息技术课程实施中出现课时严重不足、课堂缺乏实效、课程资源匮乏、评价难以落实、教师发展缓慢等问题,针对这些问题,提出应对措施.In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching information technology, the high school curriculum reform was carried out in 2003. It provides three-dimensional targets (including knowledge objectives, technical goals and emotional objectives), course structure, course content, content enforcement and course evaluation, but traditional education ideas and unbalanced development economy cause some negative attitude in teaching to the high school curriculum reforms. This attitude produces some question, for example the short and inefficient course, inadequate course resources, inefficient course evaluation and the slow development of teachers so on. In view of these questions, the paper provides some opinions oneself.
