摘　　要：为提高职教资源的运营效率,需要在合理把握职业教育基本内涵与功能定位的基础上,比较不同类型职业教育的个体独立性与整体共通性,通过机制创新打破资源流通障碍,实现有效整合,以此推动职业教育与经济社会发展及时衔接、相互促进。In order to improve the operational efficiency of vocational education resources, we need to compare the individual independence and integral commonalty of different types of vocational education based on the basic connotation and function of vocational education, and get rid of the obstacles of resource distribution through the innovation of mechanism, and realize the effective integration, so as to propel the timely convergence and mutual-promotion of vocational education and the development of the economy and the society.
