摘　　要：办学思想是办学之魂、育人之本、治校之道。确立办学思想和办学理念本不容易,落实更为艰难。实施办学思想和办学理念,重在实践,贵在坚持。发扬优良文化传统,实施人本管理,回归校长角色,这既是办学的指导思想和追求,也是办学的教育实践。Educational thought is the soul of running a school, the base of educating students and the way of managing a school. It is difficult to define educational thought and philosophy of running school, and it is more difficult to carry them out. Therefore, practice and persistence are two important factors to put them in effect. Developing time-honored tradition and implementing the management based on ＂people first＂ and playing the principal＇s role in working are the educational thought and philosophy of running school,which is also the educational practice of NO.2 Primary School attached to Hunan First Normal University.
