摘 要:信仰是一种坚定的生活态度,一种超越现实的终极性价值追求,对个体的日常思维和行为有着决定性的作用。高校师范生作为一名未来的中小学教师,其教育信仰状况不仅关系着他们自身的全面发展和健康成长,还关系着整个教育事业的可持续发展,因此加强对师范生教育信仰的教育,建立一种理想的教育感召机制,激发师范生对教育事业的激情、敬仰,具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。Belief is a firm attitude toward life and an ultimate value pursuit that transcends the actual reality, which plays a decisive role in daily thinking and behaviors of the individuals. Normal university students will be future middle or primary schools' teachers, so their education belief not only concerns their all - round and healthy development, but also affects the sustainable development of the whole education cause. Therefore, it is of great realistic and theoretical significance to strengthen education belief of normal university students, establish an ideal impelling mechanism and stimulate normal university students' passion as well as respect for the education cause.
