摘  要:师范生顶岗实习,置换培训是一种新的教学和培训模式。通过开展师范生顶岗实习,置换培训,立足于教育最急需的农村地区,采取四方联动的模式,可以增强师范生的教师职业道德,促进师范院校教育教学改革。Through the adoption of the holding teaching positions by junior students to support local education and training teachers to replace teachers teaching, based on the most urgent need of education in rural areas, which is a new teaching and training model, we can enhance the professional ethics of normal students, promoting educational reform in normal university.
