高校本科生导师制之初探

摘　　要：高校本科生导师制是现在各大高校普遍尝试的一种教育制度,它是与学分制共生共栖的。以苏州大学药学院为例,通过对本科生导师制发源的研究,阐述我国本科教育中引入导师制必然性、紧迫性和现实意义,说明在本科生中实施导师制方法就是在教学同时,能够让教师参与管理,提供一对一的学生帮扶,有效促进师生间的交流,取得较好的教学成效。Undergraduate tutorial system has been tried out in many colleges and universities.It co-exists with the credit system.Through a case study of Pharmacy College of Suzhou University,this paper depicts the origin of the system and states the necessity,urgency and significance of implementing the system in undergraduate education.It holds that the introduction of tutorial system requires that teachers get involved in management work and provide one-on-one assistance to students so as to promote teacher-student communication and achieve better results in teaching.
