校内生产性实训基地的多功能探究——以南通纺织职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以南通纺织职业技术学院校内生产性实训基地建设的现状为例进行分析,明确校内生产性实训基地建设对高职院校学生的培养和发展发挥着重要作用。分析了运行过程中存在的一些问题,如生产与教学的有机融合还不够,接轨市场的能力有待提高等。在全面分析示范建设的过程中充分发挥校内生产性实训基地的实训、培训、生产和社会服务等功能的前提下,进一步探索提升校内生产性实训基地多功能性的途径。By a case study of the construction of inner-school productive training base in Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College,this paper clarifies the role of training base in the education and cultivation of college students.It analyzes the problems in running the base,such as insufficient integration of production and teaching and failure to meet the needs of the market.The paper further offers the approaches to promoting the multi-function of inner-school productive training base.
