摘　　要：翻译是艺术的再创造,是一种语言文化的互动活动,词义的翻译又是翻译之根本。阐释学是一种探求意义理解和解释的科学。现象学意向性原则认为,意向对象存在于知觉方式中。译者是翻译过程中最活跃的因素。文学翻译作品存在于译者的知觉方式中,翻译过程中一定会激发译者的主观能动性,进行创造性发挥。Translation, based on reproduction of the exact meaning of a word or an expression, is the recreation of art, an interactive activity of culture and language. Hermeneutics is a science of exploring, understanding and explaining meaning. In view of the principal of the phenomenological intention, the intentional object indwells in the aesthesia of the subject. Translator is the most active part in the translation process. By this token, cultural translation work exists in the aesthesia of the translator and in the translation procedure the creative performance of the translator＇s subjectivity must be inspired.
