博士对学术职业认可度及其教育质量的过程性分析

摘　　要：博士是学术职业的后备人才,博士对学术职业的认可度及其教育质量对于学术职业的发展和提升来说至关重要。从对问卷调查的分析得知,大多数博士对于学术职业有较高的认可度;学术研究是辛苦但却值得的,大多数博士在博士教育期间学术研究能力得到锻炼;创新观点和学术灵感对于学术研究非常重要;导师应该在博士教育中发挥更多的作用。As the reserve manpower of academic profession, doctor＇s recognition of academic career and the quality of doctoral education is very important for the development of academic profession.The analysis of the questionnaire shows that most of the doctors have high recognition of academic career; academic research is very hard but it is worth doing it;the majority of doctors＇ academic research capacity is inereaseed during the period of doctoral education; innovative ideas and academic inspiration are very important for academic research; tutors should play a greater role in doctoral education.
