摘　　要：教育质量是学校的生命线，一所学校的发展直接决定于教育教学质量的不断提高。而教师实施教学的过程也正是学校教育教学质量不断提升的过程。因此，学校管理者应制定科学合理的教育教学过程管理制度，为教师提供最佳的教育教学服务，想方设法提高教学质量。Education quality is the lifeline of schools and the development of a school is determined by the improvement of education and teaching quality. The process of teachers implementing teaching is the process of improving school education and teaching quality. Hence, school managers should work out scientific and adequate process management system, thus to supply the best education and teaching servinee and improve teaching quality.
