摘　　要：从事医疗卫生行业的人应该具有良好的心理品质。医学生是未来的医务工作者,医学院校有责任培养学生的社会责任感、乐观向上的人生态度等积极的心理品质。《医学伦理学》是培养学生积极心理品质的重要课程。其中,教师课前及时发现学生的闪光点,帮助学生树立自信;课中满怀激情,感染学生情绪,帮助学生学习和体验医学职业的快乐和幸福;课后关心学生,了解学生心理需要,培养学生社会责任感,帮助学生成长成才。Favorable psychological traits should be a necessary feature for medical staff. As future medical staff, medical students should be cultivated into talents with positive psychological traits including sense of social responsibilities, and optimistic attitude towards life. Medical ethics is an important course for this purpose. Before the course teaching, teachers help to build student＇ sself confidence by discovering studen＇ shining features. During the teaching process, teachers help the students to learn and experience the joy and happiness in medical career. After the course teaching, teachers continue to cultivate students＇ sense of social responsibility based on students＇ psychological demand. Keywords：
