医学生道德人格的现状及培养途径探析

摘　　要：对新时期医学生道德人格的现状进行了分析,并进一步探讨了医学生道德人格培养的有效途径:追求道德理想,提高医德认知;重视人格榜样,坚定医德信念;创设道德情境,培养医德情操;强调慎独自律,锤炼医德品质。In this paper, the author analyzed the status quo of medical students＇moral personality in modem times. Effective cultivating approaches to enhance medical students＇ moral personality are proposed, including pursuit for moral ideal and enhancing recognition of medical ethics, valuing the influence of moral role - models and sticking to the medical ethics belief, creating moral situations to cultivate medical ethics accomplishment, stressing self- restraining in private to train medical ethics trait.
