基于DACUM法的高职顶岗实习项目课程开发——以北京政法职业学院为例

摘　　要：以北京政法职业学院国家紧缺技能型人才培养专业——安全保卫专业为例,针对高职安全保卫专业学生顶岗实习阶段教学管理存在的问题,将顶岗实习作为一个相对独立的教学项目,完整描述了运用DA-CUM法进行高职顶岗实习项目课程开发的流程模型,包括进行职业岗位分析、开展教育需求分析、构建模块化项目课程体系、设计针对性的教学实施方案以及构建过程性评价体系等主要环节,为高职院校相关专业的校本课程开发提供了参考。Taking security protection which is the specialty of Beijing Management College of Politics and Law to train badly - needed professionals of our country, in view of the teaching management problems of practical training for security protection majors, this paper takes practical training as a relatively independent teaching project and expounds the model of course development of practical training in higher vocational colleges on the basis of DACUM, which mainly includes conducting position analysis, carrying out analysis of education demand, constructing module course system, designing aim -oriented teaching plan and constructing process -oriented evaluation system etc. This paper offers a reference for the course development of related specialty in higher vocational colleges.
