摘　　要：作为高等教育的一种特殊形式和重要类型,应用型本科建设是对原有教育体制改革的深化和完善。同时,教学监控体系也要随之而变。二级学院教学质量监控体系的建立和完善有助于彰显和提升学科和专业的特色,强化理论教学和实践教学的针对性,使学院发展更加符合社会需要。As one special and important type of higher education, University of Applied Sciences （UAS） has deepened the reform of and systematized the former educational stereotypes. Accordingly, the teaching quality monitoring system must also be altered. The establishment and perfecting of teaching quality monitoring system of secondary schools will highlight and strengthen the features of various disciplines and majors, improve the effectiveness of theoretical and practical teaching as well as meet the social demands better.
