摘 要:新课程改革的设计预期和目标诉求,其内涵是多方面的,但重点和主旋律应当是"创新",即重在培养学生的"创新精神和实践能力",从而大批培养时代所需要的创新型人才。为实现"创新"主旋律,新课标的一个重要设计安排是"改变学生的学习方式",具体就是倡导"自主、合作、探究性学习"和"综合性学习"等。然而一项大型课题调查的结果表明,实践中对课改的这一设计理念与预期目标的实施效果很不理想。在课改进入"深水区"的新的实施阶段,必须不遗余力地奏响课改"创新"的主旋律。The designed anticipation and the aim of the new curriculum reform have several connotations. However, the key point should be innovation which is focused on the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical ability in order to train creative talents who meet the demands of the new era. To realize innovation enhancement, the designed plan of the new curriculum is to change students' study method, which is to advocate independent, cooperative, exploratory and comprehensive study. However, the results of one subject investigation show that the designed anticipation and aim of new curriculum reform are not achieved. We should spare no effort to further improve the new curriculum reform at an more advanced new level.
