摘  要:[目的]对超临界CO2萃取方法提取黑莓籽油的工艺进行研究和优化。[方法]以黑莓籽油的产率为评价指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,对影响黑莓籽油产率的因素(萃取温度、萃取压力、分离温度以及分离压力)进行优化,确定黑莓籽油提取的最佳工艺条件。[结果]超临界CO2流体萃取黑莓籽油的最佳工艺条件为萃取温度35℃、萃取压力30 MPa、分离压力10 MPa、分离温度55℃,此条件下黑莓籽油的产率达16.10%。[结论]研究优化了超临界CO2萃取黑莓籽油的工艺,为黑莓籽油的开发和利用提供了技术支持。[Objective] Extraction technology of oil from blackberry seed by supercritical carbon dioxide was studied in order to get the optimal extraction conditions.[Method] With the yield of oil from blackberry seed as the evaluation indicator,effects of extraction temperature,extraction pressure,separation temperature and separation pressure on the extraction of oil were studied in the trial of single factor.Then the orthogonal designed test was carried out in order to get the optimal extraction conditions.[Result] The optimal extraction processing conditions were that: extraction temperature was 35 ℃,extraction pressure was 30 MPa,separation pressure was 10 MPa and separation temperature was 55 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of blackberry seed oil was 16.10%.[Conclusion] The technique of extracting oil from blackberry seed by supercritical carbon dioxide was studied and optimized,which will provide technique support for the development and utilization of oil from blackberry seed oil.
