摘　　要：朱自清先生作为五四时期教育先进分子,在当时急剧动荡的社会背景下,他抱有教育者必须对教育怀有信仰的先进理念并以此开展了春晖中学的教育实践。这种理念与实践的高度结合,对于处于现代化社会语境下的教育而言,是难以企及的高度,也为我们思考当下教育的发展尤其是农村教师的发展提供了很好的启示。In a sharp unrest social background, Mr. Zhu as an education advanced part in the May 4 movement period, he cherished educators must have faith education to the advanced idea and carried out the middle school education practice, the ChunHui the idea and practice of highly integrated, in modern social context of education is concerned, is the envy of height, for us to think about the education of teachers in rural development, especially the development provides a good revelation.
