摘 要:本研究运用问卷法调查湖南地区高校免费师范生的教师职业认同感现状,结果表明:(1)免费师范生的教师职业认同感显著高于非免费师范生;(2)免费师范生的教师职业认同感存在非常显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;(3)农村学生与城镇学生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。从各维度来看,农村学生在职业意志上的得分显著高于城镇学生;(4)家庭经济收入状况不影响免费师范生的总体教师职业认同感,但会影响教师职业认同感的某些维度;(5)高教师职业认同感的学生更多是由于内心对教育事业的热爱而选择免费师范生,低教师职业认同感的学生更多是因为外在因素而选择免费师范生。这些结果为免费师范生的培养与管理提供了有益的启示。Through an investigation on tuition-free normal university students' identity of the teacher occupa- tion, this paper concludes: (1) the tuition-free normal college students' identity is significantly higher than non-tuition-free students';(2) females' higher than males'; (3) there is no obvious difference between rural and urban students', but as to the dimension of professional persistence, rural students' scores are significantly higher than urban students'; (4) the family economic income status doesn't affect those tuition-free students'identity of teacher on the whole, but may have an influence on certain dimensions of the identity; (5) mainly owing to their love of educational enterprise in heart, those with a higher identity are more willing to choose to become tuition-free normal students, while those with a lower sense of the teacher professional i- dentity make their choice mainly owing to some external factors.
