八年制医学教育临床教学工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：本文阐述了华中科技大学同济医学院八年制医学教育临床教学工作的目标、教学改革及其实践，并对八年制医学生的后续培养进行了思考。The first group of eight-year medical program students in our school has stepped in clinical practice settings since 2009. There is no uniform requirements about clinical and research abilities for eight-year medical program students from the Ministry of Education currently. This article introduces the experiences in our school for the program and also the thinking about the postgraduate training of it.
