摘　　要：精品课程建设是教育部提高高等院校课程质量整体水平所采取的重要举措，也是高等学校教学质量与教学改革的重要组成部分。通过分析2003年～2010年我国医学类国家精品课程的二级学科分布、课程分布、地区分布、高校分布特点，以及2003年～2010年各二级学科精品课程门次数变化趋势，了解我国医学类精品课程建设的现状，以期为课程建设发展方向提供参考。Construction of national fine-designed courses taken by the Education Ministry is a new initiative to improve the overall quality of the courses in all subjects, and also an important component of higher education reform. The authors analyze the characteristics of secondary subjects, course distribution, regional, and college location, and the change trend of course number, in order to understand the status quo of national fine-designed course construction in medicine and offer some references for further development direction of the course construction.
