摘　　要：目的：对临床护理教师课堂授课质量进行调查和分析，为进一步提高教学质量提供参考。方法：2008～2010年向学生发放调查问卷共600份，回收576份，计算问卷中每一调查项目的得分比值。结果：比值大于0．9的优势项目有9项，比值小于0．9的劣势项目有7项。结论：临床护理教师还需加强培训，提高教学能力。Objective： To investigate and analyze teaching quality of clinical nursing teachers, and provide reference for the improvement of teaching quality. Methods： 600 copies of questionnaires were issued to the students from 2008 to 2010, 576 copies returned, each item score ratio were calculated. Results： There were 9 advantage projects with the ratio more than 0.9, and 7 disadvantages projects with the ratio less than 0.9. Conclusion： The clinical nursing teachers need strengthen training to improve teaching skills.
