摘 要:综述了近年来高效液相色谱法测定啤酒花和啤酒花浸膏中α-酸含量的研究进展。分离测定不同产地的啤酒花中α-酸常使用C18柱,流动相选择甲醇-水-磷酸体系,方法简便、快速。而以甲醇-乙睛-四氢呋喃以及四乙基氢氧化铵-磷酸水溶液体系作流动相,洗脱效果最佳,但成分复杂,操作繁琐不利于常规分析;同时,评价了HPLC法测定α-酸的优缺点,简述了其他测定α-酸方法,如紫分光光度法、电导滴定法及薄层色谱法。To provide a research progress about the determination α-acid in hops and hops extract with high-performance liquid chromatography in recent years.Separation and determination of α-acid in hops from different producing places was generally used C18 column,methanol-water-phosphate system for mobile phase was often selected,the method is quick and convenient.The best eluent effects was obtained while the mobile phase is composed of methanol-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran or tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide-phosphate,but which component was complicated and operation is tedious,and no helpful to routine analysis.At the same time,the shortages and advantages are valued for determination α-acid with HPLC method,and the other methods for determining α-acid,just as UV-spectrophotometry,conductivity titration method and thin-layer chromatography are evaluated.
