摘  要:日本推行中小学教师教育改革缘于其以培养学生"生存能力"为目标的教育改革的推动和日本教师教育改革面临的挑战。日本教师教育改革的内容包括更新教师教育培养目标、导入弹性化的教师资格更新制、构建教师教育课程新体系。日本教师教育的启示在于适应社会变革确立教师教育目标、多维度构建教师教育课程体系、改革教师资格证书制度实施弹性教师资格更新制等。Japan is constantly advancing teachers education, enhancing teachers' qualification and ability, so as to adapt the education reform. Japanese teachers education reform includes: in the goals , they develop teachers education goals in order to adapt to the new time; in the management, they establish flexible teachers' qualification update system and break teachers' qualification lifelong education; in the curriculum adaption , they construct teachers education integration curriculum system; in the training organization, they develop teachers education through the university. The Japanese teachers education benefits a lot to our country: we should develop the teachers education goals to adapt to the new time~ we should convert teachers' qualification lifelong education into update system; we should perfect teachers education curriculum integration system.
