摘　　要：调查结果显示：当前的生物学教育质量难以满足学生的学习需求；“面向全体学生”的缺口较大；教师的教育教学行为与其先进的课程理念不一致；师生将高考视为终级目标。针对这些问题，应增强《标准》的指导性和可操作性；加强教师队伍建设；完善教育改革支撑体系；减掉无用的重复，教学核心知识和技能；建立“我一你”的平等师生关系，实施互动教学。The survey results show that the current quality of biology education is difficult to meet the learning needs of students; it is still far away from the target of ＂For all students＂; teachers＇ education and teaching behavior is inconsistent with their advanced curriculum conception; teachers and students think of the college entrance examination as the ultimate goal. To solve these problems, we should enhance guidance and operability of the ＂standards＂; strengthen the building of teacher teams; perfect the support system of education reform; lose useless repetition and teach the core knowledge and skills; establish the equal teacher-student relationship of ＂I-you＂, and implement interactive teaching.
