摘  要:[目的]通过调查某高校大二学生学业倦怠、核心自我评价以及隐性辍学表现率的现状,为制定有关的干预措施提供科学数据。[方法]依据学业倦怠量表、"课时界定"标准,针对自编问卷中的5个问题,选择某高校2000名大二学生进行调查。[结果]①学业倦怠三维度比较,情感枯竭因素的比例78.25%,高于讥诮态度的因素比例64.5%,"自我效能感"比例较低,为28.9%,三者差异有统计学意义(χ2=989.86,P﹤0.01)。②"课时界定"未达标的比例为59.8%。③核心自我评价偏低的比例为73.2%。[结论]①大二学生学业倦怠三维度间的显著差异表明,情感枯竭对隐性辍学表现率影响较大,即情绪性隐性辍学较易发生在大学生这一群体中。②隐性辍学表现率为59.8%。③大二学生核心自我评价偏低。④学业倦怠、核心自我评价与隐性辍学表现率呈正相关,表明人格因素在形成隐性辍学的事件中有着至关重要的影响。[Objective] To investigate the performance of academic burnout, core self-evaluation and the hidden dropout rate of sophomores in a college, so as to provide the relevant scientific data for the development of interventions. [ Methods] According to the academic burnout table and "class definition" standards, we selected 2000 sophomores in a college to investigate self-made 5 questions in the questionnaires. [ Results] Comparison of three--dimensional degree of academic burnout: (1) Emotional exhaustion factor accounted for the proportion of 78.25%, which was higher than the proportion of cyni- cism factor of 64.5%, "self-efficacy" was relatively low (28.9%). These three factors had significant statistically difference (χ2= 989.86, P 〈 0.01 ). (2) The not-reached ratio of " class definition" was 59.8%. (3) Core self-evaluation was relatively low, 73.2%. [Conclusion] (1) The significant differences of three-dimensional degree of academic burnout indicated that emo- tional exhaustion had grater impact on the hidden drop-out rates, that was, mood of the hidden drop-out was more likely to oc- cur among college students in this group. (2) Rate of hidden drop-out was 59.8%. (3) Core self-evaluation of sophomores was low. (4) Academic burnout, core self-evaluation and the hidden drop-out performance was a positive correlation, indicated that the implicit personality factors had a critical influence on in the formation of dropping out of school events.
