摘　　要：教育是高校人才培养的重要途径。管理是促进学生学习和发展的手段,它本身就是一种有效的教育方式。学生的自我管理,是学生必须具有的一种技能,其在创新活动中起重要作用。为进一步发挥大学生的自主性、完善教育管理模式、促进创新人才的培养,构建大学生自我管理体系势在必行。Education is an important way to college talents cultivation.Management is the means to promote students＇ learning and development.Management itself is an effective form of education.Student self-management is a skill students must possess,which plays an important role in innovative activities.Under the new situation,to further develop the autonomy of university students,to improve educational management mode and to promote the training of innovative talents,building students＇ self-management is imperative.
