摘 要:针对弹性架悬的2C0轴式200 km/h大功率客运电力机车,采用多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了该机车动力学模型,对不同速度下机车各减振器故障态工况进行了动力学分析,并相应计算高干扰线路不平顺下机车最高运行速度。结果表明:只有当车轮磨耗接近限度、抗蛇形减振器失效以及前后转向架二系垂向减振器全部失效时,机车才不能达到160 km/h的运行速度;其中横向减振器对机车动力学性能影响最小,抗蛇形减振器、二系垂向减振器、电机减振器对车体动力学性能影响较大。For six-axle(2C0) 200 km/h high-power electric passenger locomotive with spring bogie suspension,a dynamic locomotive model was established with the multiple rigid body dynamics software of SIMPACK.Dynamic analysis of locomotive damper fault state at different speed was provided,and the highest locomotive operating speed of high-interference irregular railway was calculated.Results shows that the locomotive can not reach the speed of 160 km/h only when the yaw damper fails,the wheels are worn to a maximum or both secondary vertical dampers of bogies fail;lateral damper has the least effects to the dynamic performance of the electric locomotive,whereas the yaw damper,the secondary vertical damper and the motor damper impose relatively greater effects.
