摘　　要：医学教育认证作为医学教育质量的外部审核机制,其理念和做法已得到广泛认同。国际社会通过加强国际和区域间合作、建立和完善国家级认证体系、召开国际性论坛和研讨会、提供认证相关的培训项目、建立全球性的信息数据库等一系列举措,着力推进认证工作的规范开展。由于不同国家和地区在认识、资源和政策导向等方面的差异,全球医学教育认证制度和体系仍然呈现多元化的格局,认证效果也受到政治因素的影响和政策的制约,有待进一步规范。As an external review system for higher medical education quality assurance,the concept and process of accreditation has been widely accepted.International initiatives to address this issue include international or regional collaboration and partnerships,the promotion of national accreditation systems,providing training programs for educators,holding international conferences or forums,and the development of global databases.A systemic review of international medical education accreditation is conducted,and considerable variations are seen from country to country due to differences in concept recognition,available resources and policy orientation.
