摘  要:介绍带材卷取机电液伺服边缘位置纠偏控制系统的组成与工作原理,建立控制系统的数学模型,并用MATLAB软件从时域性能指标和频域性能指标两个方面,对系统的稳定性和快速性进行了仿真与分析。原系统某些指标没有达到要求,因此提出在原系统中加入PID校正的改进措施,并介绍PID控制器的原理和参数设计的详细步骤,建立校正后的数学模型,再次分析系统的性能指标,表明PID校正后的控制器超调小、响应快、控制稳定,达到系统快、稳方面的性能要求。The composition and principles of the Electrical-Hydraulic Servo System to rectify strip edge position was first introduced and a mathematical model was established.Then the stability and fast response of the system were simulated and analyzed with MATLAB software from the time domain and frequency domain performance indexes.Some indexes of the original system did not meet requirements,so the improved measure to join PID rectification in the original system was proposed,and the principles and parameters design steps of PID controller were introduced as well.Afterward a mathematical model after rectifying was established to re-analyze the performance indexes of the system.It is shows that PID controller after rectifying is small in overshoot,fast in response and stable in control,which meet the fast,stable aspects of the performance requirements.
