摘　　要：中国人在价值观、思维方式、语言表达等社会观念上同西方传统有差异。随着中国改革开放的深入和全世界在"全球化"浪潮下成为"地球村",中国人不可避免地在社会观念上向西方人学习融合、取长补短。"海龟"处在中西文化的碰撞中,一方面坚持中华传统美德,另一方面,他们对西方自由率性、追求自我的文化氛围又向往又模仿。因为他们是社会变化趋势的风向标,在婚姻市场里受人追捧;但同时又因他们身上的"异化"因子和程度的不同,也给他们的身份认同带来了一定的风险。Chinese have different traditions from westerners in values,thinking,and dictions.With the globalization and China＇s Reform,Chinese and westerners inevitably learn from each other.The returned talents,those talents returning back home from overseas,as a result,try to keep a balance in the culture clashes,adhering to the Chinese tradition on one hand,copying western cultures on the other hand.They thus are welcomed for their exotic values,diction and thinkings,and run some risk with their cultural identity at the same time in the marriage market.
