摘　　要：对我国护理学专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展现状及存在的问题进行探讨,并从培养目标、培养方向和培养模式、招生对象和要求、课程设置、师资队伍建设,以及教学评估体系等多个方面,提出有针对性地改进措施和建议,以完善我国护理学专业学位硕士研究生教育,早日实现护理学专业学位硕士研究生教育建设和发展的规范化和标准化。The paper studied the existing problems and countermeasures of Chinese professional degree of nursing postgraduate program with respect to the following aspects,cultivating aims,students enrollment,cultivation direction and mode,curriculum setting,teachers＇ qualifications and evaluation system.The paper came up with counter-measures and suggestions to promote education development and actualize the standardization of professional degree of nursing postgraduate program of China in the near future.
