摘　　要：结构合理的师资队伍是县域中等职业学校生存和发展的关键因素。打造结构合理的师资队伍是学校运作的永恒主题,却也是县域中等职业学校难以突破的发展瓶颈。从教育生态学的角度深入分析教师发展问题,探究促进中等职业学校教师专业发展的措施。Building a reasonable teacher team is not just a key factor,which plays the most important role in the survival and development of the county secondary vocational schools,but an eternal subject in theirs operation.Meanwhile,it becomes a bottle-neck problem for the schools to solve.This article analyzes it from the viewpoint of educational ecology in depth,trying to find the ways to promote teachers＇ professional development in the secondary vocational schools.
