摘　　要：韩国高职院校的校企合作由政府主导,通过学校与企业的紧密合作为高职教育的发展注入了活力,也成为韩国经济飞速发展的秘密武器。本文分析了韩国高职院校校企合作的主要特点,并在此基础上提出对我国高等职业教育改革与发展的借鉴和启示。Korean vocational school-enterprise cooperation is led by the government.Through the close cooperation between schools and businesses it gives the development of vocational education the energy.It became a secret weapon for Korea＇s rapid economic development.This paper analyzes the main characteristics of Korea higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation.On this basis,it presents the reference and enlightenment for the reform of China＇s higher vocational education and development.
