精品课程质量管理体系研究——基于高等职业院校的视角

摘　　要：精品课程是教育部"高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程"的重要组成部分。以"培养技术应用型人才"为目标的高职院校有别于普通高校,必须建立健全精品课程质量管理体系来完善精品课程建设。把质量管理体系的概念引入到高职院校精品课程的建设和管理,并依据管理学中事前控制、事中控制、事后控制的管理原理,将质量管理体系下分为精品课程建设规划体系、精品课程过程管理体系、精品课程质量评价体系三大管理子系统。在客观现实中,高职院校精品课程质量管理体系存在着较难解决的实际问题,应在各个方面给予有力的政策保障。＂Elaborate Course＂is an important component of the ministry of education ＂higher school teaching quality and teaching reform project＂.Higher vocational colleges,with ＂train the practical talents＂ as the goal,are different from ordinary universities,which must establish perfect ＂elaborate courses＂ quality management system to improve elaborate courses construction.Introducing the concept of quality management system to ＂elaborate courses＂ construction and management of higher vocational college,and according to the beforehand control,course control,afterwards control of management theory,＂elaborate courses＂ quality management system can be divided into three management systems：the ＂elaborate courses＂ planning-construction system,the ＂elaborate courses＂ process management system and the ＂elaborate courses＂ quality evaluation system.In objective reality,there are lots of difficult practical problems in ＂elaborate courses＂ quality management system of higher vocational colleges,so powerful policies should be given in all aspects.
