计算机技术支持下的教育政策分析——基于中职生就业能力的视角

摘　　要：教育政策分析是运用一定的方法与技术,对教育政策的诸方面进行研究,从而促使教育政策达到预期目标的活动。利用计算机技术分析我国中等职业教育政策文件是教育政策分析的全新方法和重要内容。我国目前的中职教育政策文件对教师培训内容重视不够,实训教学环节较弱,实训基地建设的经费投入不足,师资和保障因素与教育内容的关联度比较低。中职教育政策应进一步强化师资队伍建设,确保教育内容的质量;应加强实训教学环节,保证学生获得知识与技能;应加大经费投入,为教师专业发展提供平台,为学生练就技能和胜任工作岗位提供实训保障。Education policy analysis is defined as a study on aspects of education policy in order to help it achieve the desired objectives by using certain methods and techniques.It is a brand-new method to use computer technology to analyze Chinese education policy documents.It is found that the China＇s present policies for secondary vocational education pay insufficient attention to teacher training,practical instruction section,investment in practical training base,and the correlation of teaching staff and content of education.It is necessary to strengthen staff training,guarantee the quality of education content,consolidate the practical instruction section to ensure learners＇ acquisition of knowledge and skills,enlarge financial investment,build platforms for teachers＇ professional development,ensure practical training to equip students＇ with competent skills for their future work positions.
