师范专业植物生理学实验教学改革探索

摘　　要：文章针对现行植物生理学实验课时少,缺少针对性的现状,对照实验教学的要求和培养目标,结合师范专业和学校教学实际情况,提出了植物生理学实验教学改革的四种措施:加强技能训练,掌握实验全过程;优化实验内容,提高实验效率;开放实验室,加强设计性内容;应用多种教学手段,扩展实验范围与层次.实践证明效果良好,学生的综合素质与实验效率均有较大提高,教学内容与教学目标取得了很好的一致性.Aimed at the actuality of fewer academic hours and lack of pertinence, according to the experiment requirements and student cultivation objectives, and combined with the actual condition of the college and normal specialty, four measures of plant physiology experiment teaching reform are suggested in this paper as follows ： strengthening technical ability training in order for the students to grasp the whole processes of experiments, optimizing experiment content so as to improve their experiment efficiency, o- pening the laboratory and increasing designed experiments, and applying varied teaching methods and expanding the range and level of experiments. Practice shows that the students＇ comprehensive quality and experiment efficiency were remarkably improved. As a result, the teaching objective was well - reached in accordance with the teaching content.
