摘　　要：利用药物化学科研平台对本科生开展科研训练，不仅可促进本科教学，加强师生沟通，还可以培养学生创新能力、交流能力、独立工作能力和团队合作精神，从而有利于培养高素质药学人才，以满足当今医药企业、科研院所的用人要求。Through the research training of undergraduate students of pharmacy utilizing medicinal chemistry research platform, not only the undergraduate teaching can be facilitated, but also the creative ability, communications skills, ability to work independently and team spirit of students can be developed, which will be helpful to cultivating high quality pharmacy talents, so as to meet the requirement of today＇s pharmaceutical companies and research institutes.
