摘　　要：高等职业技术教育事业,已发展成为我国高等教育的不可缺少的重要组成部分。随着社会经济的发展,对高等职业技术类人才需求激增,需要一批具备理论知识和操作技能,同时又具备较强教学能力的高素质高职教师队伍。由于一些历史原因,如今的青年教师已经成为各高职院校的主力军,所以,关注高职院校青年教师的职业生涯发展,十分必要。The higher vocational and technical education has become the indispensable important component of China＇s higher education. With the development of social economy, the demand for higher vocational technical talents increases sharply, which need high-quality vocational teachers who have theoretical knowledge and operating skills, meanwhile have stronger teaching ability. Due to some historical reasons, today＇s young teachers has become the main force of the higher vocational colleges, therefore, paying attention to career development of young teachers of higher vocational colleges is necessary.
