摘　　要：知识共享许可协议是解决开放教育资源版权问题的一个重要的途径。文章介绍了知识共享协议的起源与发展,以及知识共享协议的内涵。列举了国际上知识共享协议在开放教育资源中应用的成功实践案例,并联系实际对其应用进行了评析与思考,旨在为我国开放教育资源的版权保护与合法使用提供一定的借鉴价值。Creative commons License is one of the important methods available to solve issues remaining in the copyright of open educational resources. This paper introduces the origin and development of creative commons License as well as its connotation. The author illustrates creative commons License in application by referring to several successful practical cases, analyses the value of creative enmmons License with practice, thus offering helpful lessons to secure the copyright of open educational resources and its legal use in China.
