校企合作模式下高职生职业素养与就业竞争力研究——以邢台职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职教育是以技能培养为主体的教育形式,高职毕业生要在严峻的就业形势下展现出较强的就业竞争力仅靠单一的专业技能是远远不够的。事实表明,企业在招聘和使用人才时,越来越重视专业技能之外的职业素养。高职教育应注重对学生职业素养的培育,形成有效的校企合作人才培养模式,以大力提升其就业竞争力。With the rapid development of higher education popularization,the employing units＇ selection standard is becoming more and more rational,paying more attention to the graduates＇ occupational accomplishment than degress.Higher vocational education aims to cultivate students＇ skills,which is not enough for them to get a good job in the tense employment situation.It proved that the units pay great attention to their occupational accomplishment.So higher vocational colleges should attach importance to cultivating students＇ occupational accomplishment,forming effective college-enterprise cooperation talents cultivation model to improve their core competiveness.
