摘　　要：对于书法艺术创作人们都想要达到最高境界,这种境界便是无我(忘我)之境。但这需要一个象禅家由疑而参,参而了悟,方上"自立门户:能进入彻悟之境。尤其是急躁的现代艺术家,急功近利的心态使他们急于想在艺术语言书法艺术的创作与",这无可厚非。但要在艺术上真正"自立门户"却绝非易事。只有艺术家经过"脱胎换骨"的渐修而顿悟艺道之妙,才能由技进于道之后返归于朴的最高境界,达到书法艺术创造的最高境界——"无我(忘我)之境"。People of calligraphy art all want to achieve the highest level,this realm is without me（ecstasy） of the environment.But this requires a Zen home by the suspect and as ginseng,ginseng and awareness,on the side ＂live on their own： to enter a deep understanding of the environment,especially impatient of modern artists,a quick profit so that they are anxious to language in art creation and art of calligraphy＂,this is understandable.But the art really want to＂ live on their own ＂ is not easy.Only the artist through the ＂reborn＂ in gradual and wonderful epiphany arts Road to the technological progress in park road,after the return attributed to the highest level,to create the highest state of the art of calligraphy-＂No I（ecstasy） of the environment.
